Hand 1: Villains line is nasty, could be 2 pair, a set, a draw, so many hands. I wouldn't really like it a lot but a call is warranted I think. I wouldn't be worried if I stacked off though.

Hand 2: His 3-bet (3% over the 60 hands you have had with him) probably signifies you are beat, but I would be hard pressed to lay down the overpair here. You are beaten by QQ+ and if his 3bet % is indicative of his range then he does have QQ+ (small sample I know) or even AK (which you are good against ).

The donk bet took away your ability to exercise pot control and has placed you in a horrible spot because you are now playing for the $14 that was his original stack and with his line reeking of strength. If you hadn't folded you have to put him in after he min-raises but I expect to be no good a lot.I don't think the fold is really that bad, but the donk bet is.
