I am also playing 10 NL and in a similar situation to you. My biggest problem is actually putting in the hours needed to make progress. I have a bad habit of quitting after I win a couple of buy-ins, but when I lose, I will play for very long periods. For example, if I win a couple buy-ins within 30 min of sitting down, I will quit. But if I lose a couple of buy-ins, I will play for hours trying to get back to even.
My other biggest problem is not giving players enough credit for hands when they bet. The more I play at 10 NL, the more I am noticing that when players raise on the turn/river, they are rarely bluffing. I believe Trikkur says something to this effect in one of his videos as well. Unfortunately I have a tough time laying down hands like TPGK. I am improving on this, but I always feel like players are just taking shots at me. I don't give enough credit when I should.
