bet/fold small if you think he is unlikely to fold flopped top pair and check/fold if you think he is likely to fold putting you on either A or the FD.
I don't think villain is smart enough to know that is the perfect bluffing card so I really don't think he is calling a big river bet.
If the flush didn't come in it is an easy valuebet.
When you check and he bets he is unlikely to valuebet worse (like KQ) so it's an easy fold IMO.
