Default top two on straight board

My opponent is kinda laggy, 49/40/2 over 55 hands. I'm not sure what the min-3bet means but I think it could be alot of hands. A couple orbits earlier, he 3-bet my button open, but it was a pot-sized raise, not min, and I just folded.

I don't like how I played this hand because it just seemed so passive to call on the turn and river, but I wasn't sure what else to do. My thinking was, I could be good and I just need to get to showdown.

When he calls the flop raise, he has something. I think he could have had: a straight, a set, two pair, an overpair, or top pair + a straight draw; in which case, I'm about tied with that range. Pokerstove gives me 46% versus that range on the flop, and, counting hand combos, I got 49 I'm ahead of and 45 I'm behind.

I think calling down was the right thing, but it just seemed really weak. Comments?
