[FLOP] I definitely 3bet more on the flop, to about ~$1, but I don't see him folding here with a pair and a straight draw, so fair enough.
[TURN] I might also 3bet this turn aswell, if he calls then it' a simple call on the river (depending on bet), but I'm happy to take down the pot right here if he folds, I don't like a call at all.
[RIVER] Screams blocking bet on the river, but I don't think he folds much to a 3bet here, calling is the safest option after just calling the turn.
What did he have in the end, set of tens or jacks?
