One of the theories Phil Gordon talks about is that if you have A-X in an unopened pot and the value of your kicker is greater than the number of players left to act behind you, you can profitably shove. I've never heard him discuss from UTG though, but I would think this short you would be ok.
Plus, you are about to go through the blinds too so if you shove and take down blinds/antes you increase your stack by about 20%, if you fold then make your trip through the blinds, where you presumably won't get a better hand, you lose another ~15-20% of your chips.
Without knowing a lot about the players...I would shove.
