There's a lot of theoretical stuff in this book, but IIRC it did help me understand equity and stuff like that better, and towards the end of the book there's heaps of useful stuff about bankroll management and multiplayer games. It's a long-termer I think, but like I presume pro sportspeople become pretty proficient nutritionists and exercise scientists, I guess serious poker players should aim to learn about the relevant fields of maths (maybe psychology, economics, etc.)
