The turn card isn't that bad actually, but the 8 on the river does suck. I'd value bet thin here. I'd do what I call the "see where I am"/value bet line here. I'd bet around 50% to 55% pot here. Hands like KJ, AJ, J8, KQ, AQ will pay you off here, and if you get raised, then you can let the hand go, without having invested too much on the river. I don't like the c/c line because if villain bets anywhere from 2/3 to full pot, you're put in a very tough bind, and if villain shows you something like KJ, you're feeling sick for not value betting something there on the river.
