I don't really like calling here. I would raise or fold without any knowledge of the player.
If you raise to 9.5$ SB will most likely fold and if the minraiser calls/raises you know, that top pair will not be good that often. If you just call you could hit a K and lose half your stack to a better kicker or you don't hit anything and have to fold vs a CB.
I open in MP with KJo, but I think it's quite marginal.
