I would go back and rewatch my videos. I've gone over bankroll management guidelines as recently as this newest series.
I can't play on iPoker as I'm from the US.
I've not really been too thrilled with the cash game books I've read in terms of strategy, but the book "Elements of Poker" is fantastic. It's definitely worth your money to buy.
