How many hands are your stats based off of for this session? Just because villain has never check-raised bluffed before doesn't mean that he isn't doing it now. The real question here is... has he ever flatted QQ+ pf. If he has never, then you can safely take those hands out of his range. Villain might think that the board is so dry that you have overcards, and is actually going for a bluff raise. He could also have 66 - 88, or even a 45 here. I'd flat and see what happens on the turn.
