This spot is borderline imo. It's true that you only need about 40% equity against KK+ and AK, but at 10nl, the first 4-bet you see is usually only KK and AA. You're statement about the "pot-sized stabs in multiways" doesn't really apply here since this situation is pre-flop.
But w/ all that said, I would 5-bet all-in for two reasons here. One, because as Given said, only 40% equity is needed (plus fold equity). And two, you'll get to see what your opponent's 4 bet range and gain that information for future confrontations.
And plus... if it is KK and AA, there's always that 20% suckout.
