He's never bluffing here, he's more of a call-and-stab guy than a raise-to-make-you-fold guy. He has some made hand. His range could be JJ+ but I doubt he has AK. Against JJ+ I'm 40%, but that's being generous. Against QQ+ I'm only 20%. So, going with my read, I probably should have folded. But that just seems so weird, to fold QQ preflop, especially at the micros. Does anybody do that? |
You just don't have that much information on villain to make this type of assumption. 200 hands is just not enough history to say a guy never 4bets AK or even JJ, especially a 24/14 who's stabby. If anything, his aggro postflop tendencies shows a willingness to aggress if he thinks he has a chance, and he's saying to himself "I raise and stab at pots, so someone's gonna get fed up and try to win a pot preflop sooner or later" and AK/JJ is a monster to someone playing 24% of hands.
I'd chalk it up to just a cooler.
(LOL, I think I just described how I've been playing and projected onto villain. But yeah, my stats are very close to that on occasion and I've been playing super breakeven poker and you already know my AK/JJ threads....)
