- I'm just a donk, but here's what has seemed to work for me at low stake sngs ----
If I'm short stack at 10BB or less oviously your looking for a hand to shove. Mostly just trying to stay above that 10BB line and look for a good double up. Lots of times betting the flop SB vs BB no matter what works untill the BB gets wise.
At the table with a big stack, I got no problem squandering my chips and let other players knock somebody else out. I'm just looking to play super solid and stay big stack.
Medium stack - also play super solid and try to maintain your stack, you cant afford to eat it. Somewhat avoid races till the bubble bursts.
If there is a hyper agressive player, I let him alone, but am looking for a spot to nail hime good, slow play a hand or call his iffy push.
Ok this may be donkey play, but its where I'm at. Cashing is better than not cashing and if I can get HU, even with the short stack, I have a shot to win.
