This whole hand is a spew. I hate the 3bet. I'd just open the value 3bet range against this kind of opponent (something like 88+ AJ+ KQ). You say the hand shouldn't cost you a fortune postflop, but then you put in 36bb with 3rd pair when you have no clue how villain plays postflop.
