I don't like 3betting 6 high against someone who's VPIP is over 50and plays ultra-aggressive (we don't have enough sample for accurate info, but he is very likely to be very loose/aggressive given that small sample) ... he's gonna call you way too often preflop and he's also probably more inclined to 4bet you light.
If I check the flop I'd call down here. If he turns out to be a thinking LAG regular, he's probably valuebetting 88+ here though, so you're gonna get owned quite often. However, having flush doesn't make sense because he checked the flop behind and turned flushdraw missed (as did turned straight draws).
Normally I'd be inclined to think that he's less likely to have a complete bluff when he checks back the flop and then bets two later streets, but that turn brought both flush and straight draws to the board, which both missed..
