It's really hard to come up with a range against which you'd have 33% equity here... But if you think he's so spewy it's close, you should remember that you still have him covered if you happen to double him up and you have direct position to him.
I make it a big bigger preflop to discourage BTN from calling and to make my decisions easier if SB just calls and flop comes like this. Just by making it slightly more (14-15bb) preflop, you can avoid making postflop mistakes against SB and obv with short stacks pushing preflop equities as much as possible is also great.
