Villain needs to be getting really out of line in 3bet pots for you to call him down here since there's nothing he could be semi bluffing with other than JT. I would be B/folding on the flop which seems kind of nitty at first glance but you really beat none of his value range (he should not be raising KJ) and his bluffing range should be very small. Given your smallish bet, it's possible you induced something like a thin value raise from KJ so I think calling flop to reevaluate the turn isn't too bad but still kind of optimistic.
I would like a bigger flop bet since you're deep so that you could get stacks in by the river when you want to, and also to deny him some pot odds/get more value because he's likely to peel with any piece of the board, especially with those stack sizes.
As played: fold turn since the only legitimate semi bluff got there and now if you're calling down you're just hoping that he's a monkey and is cluelessly betting something totally random. Which may not be that far from truth
