Yeah ok, if your opponents allow you that, it's great to steal rly wide. Most villains I play do adjust to it and if SB and BB are playing back at you, it's hard to steal A LOT.
And I think, that in FR (at least the 200NL FR games on FTP) ppl tend to give up their BB more often, so stealing there is rly profitable. At 400NL+ 6max it's hard to steal more than 40-50% in my opinion.
From my experience: Many fish don't steal thaaat often, so you don't need to defend a wide range and I don't want to play a lot oop vs regs so J9o is a fold for me most of the time.
And yes, I like Kxs and Qxs to 3bet as well.
