Pretty much. There are no significant changes that would turn a decent (I'm thinking in the 4-5 BB/100 range) winner into a loser once he moves up from 50NL to 100NL. Naturally, your winrate is expected to decrease somewhat since as I said regs are slightly better and also because there are already a few regs that consistantly beat the game for a living and never move up that you should watch out for but still nothing too significant. It's just that the biggest winners usually don't stay long at a limit like 100NL, they just move up.
