I agree that the jump from 50NL to 100NL on Cake isn't easy. In my experience, I would say that 200NL is probably softer than 100NL. There are a lot of regs on Cake at the small stakes. It really helps to be able to outplay the regs b/c with fish you have to jump all over different tables and you don't have a chance to get settled at a table and try to use slight advantages that you have on the average players.
Cliff notes: at small stakes, it is important to be able to outplay the average players.
