Firstly, I'd raise more pre. 3x at these stakes isn't going to deter many players and you end up in a multiway pot with your big pair. Something like 4.5-5x (0.20-0.25) will still get you action as well as getting some more value from the stations. Certainly something you should be abusing. You're also out of position which is another reason to get more money in there to offset your disadvantage of being first to act.
On the flop, your cbet should be a little higher - something around the pot is fine (they're calling stations so go for max value). Now, when MP minraises and there is an overbet, you HAVE to raise. Thats fine. However, your shove was terrible because you're folding out every hand which is on a draw which is exactly the hands you want to get value from (especially the deepstack). Bump it up to $2 or so - which against a station is a fine bet who WILL chase their draws.
If called by the deepstack (the main threat), fire another pot sized bet on any non spade (depends on your read if you think he's on the FD) and stick him on the installment plan. By the river repeat and get paid off by a 9 or a broken flush draw making a call because he doesn't know when to fold. Basically you want to be getting three streets of value off the guys who will chase without odds, not scaring them all out when you have the nuts on the flop.
