Lol, I only can tell you, that ppl play much worste at 200NL and 400NL during the weekend. The funny thing is: When I startet playing poker, my worst days were saturday and sonday - now these are my best days xD
If you get it in anyways... than 4bet preflop so you maybe get it in against AK, too. I only call /w QQ preflop oop, if ppl are 3betting me light and Cbet a lot postflop, so I pick off some bluffs.
If you call, you should have some kind of plan: Do you want to get it in active (crai) or passiv (let him bet the flop and the river) or do you want to keep the pot as small as possible (what is pretty hard in a 3bet pot).
If you have no history against that villain or you haven't seen him 3betting quite a lot, then (is it than or then?^^) I might just c/c the flop, c/f the turn, cause I do not see ppl getting it in that light at 25NL. If he's aggro, it changes, but as you discribed your villains, I can only think of JJ, that pays us off postflop here. And there are more combos of AA and KK than JJ
+ If he checks behind on the turn, than I will bet every no A or K board for value.
