If you want to fold an JJ-overpair in a 3bet pot, than just fold preflop, cause odds for set-mining are bad.
Since we are in steal-position folding JJ pre vs a 3bet from a person, that can resteal, is bad - so you could call or repop it pre. If you call and get an overpair and he Cbets - just shove over him, cause you won't get any more money from a worse hand and you just give a "free card" to hands like AQ or AK and a A or K turn is very ugly to play.
