Hey everyone, If you see on the videos page, I have short 2 sentence descriptions of the videos. The new site is going to have room for much longer descriptions. Something like a paragraph or two. I don't have the time to go back and watch every single video, but I figure with all of the members here, people are bound to be watching them. If everyone could do me a favor and if you watch a video just come here post the video name with a paragraph or two description. Also like a 1 sentance tag line about what the video is about. This would be extremely helpful and seriously take only 5 minutes of your time. It will make the new site a lot better though. Thanks everyone. |

I don't mind helping out with this Trikkur... Any format you'd like me to go by or do you want me to kind of just wing it? I have about 9 trikkur videos left to watch... From there I'll work backwards and watch some of the videos I marked "REWATCHABLE." Might be a good idea to edit your OP to update everyone on what needs to be done vs. what's completed. |

Jumped the gun and knocked another one out of the way... Trik11 - (Making Money While Card Dead) 200NL In this video Trikkur 4-tables at 200NL at RedStar poker. He introduces RedStar Poker as one of the softest poker sights on the internet. RedStar comes loaded with terrible players and is coupled with a 33% Rakeback. Trikkur explains why he's geared to outplay the players postflop and why he plays 'a little more' passive on RedStar. In this video, you will notice he isn't re-raising with mediocre hands. "On a soft site, like RedStar, you don't have to worry about your image as much as you would on a site like Full Tilt Poker." Since his image isn't as important on this site and that his opponents are apt to call, Trikkur concludes does not need to be 3betting light. This video is particularly interesting because Trikkur is card-dead for the entire session and never picks up a good hand, but he still manages to make a profit. He discusses flops that you should continue with a Cbet, possibly reversing your rolls if you're getting re-raised frequently after you make your Cbet, and flops (or turns) you should just check behind on. The overall concept of this video is to adapt to the game and where they're being played. Different tables function differently!! Go with your reads and know when to value-bet. After a slow session like the one in the video, your Cashier is often irrelevant. It is crucial that players realize this. Last edited by mahhddgtp; 02-14-2009 at 02:22 PM. |
