Default Stack off with bottom 2pr on flop?

Obviously, this is not my HH. I observed these guys playing high NL on Stars earlier in the week. Just thought this would be a good example to ask if stacking off with bottom 2pr on the flop is OK? Standard? Or should lay down in fear of bigger 2pr, set, pr with str8 draw, pr with fl dr?

In a 3 handed pot, on this drawheavy board, I'm likely stacking off w/ bottom 2pr here.
