where's the ignore button.....

I sometimes dream up situations when I'm posting my hands...

Now, how much to bet? There's 14ish in the pot, If we bet, I hink we have to commit pretty much fully don't we?

Keep betting. Nothing's wrong with the turn.
I'd bet 9-10.

Yes, keep betting... About 2/3 pot or so is what I'd go with. He's deep enough that you can fold to a shove (any raise is effectively a shove actually).

Im betting again, he has shown no real strength yet and I would be leaning toward him having something along the lines of AK, KQ as he doesn't seem to be doing anything of consequence (small to slim chance he may be drawing to the straight). If he has KJ or a set then so be it you will see it on the river when he reraises unless he is totally passive.

If you bet $9+ though I think you are going to have to (assuming he calls and doesn't push) be prepared to put it in at the end even if its just a check/call. If he pushes on the turn (assuming you bet say $9) I still think you are committed it will only cost you an additional $7 odd or so to show down a $32 or so pot and with better than 4:1 Im in there.

LoL @ the title. Anyway, I like to bet small here, like 7-8 because that is enough to not scare off a KQish hand and it's enough for him to feel commited. (he will have 10~ behind and there will be 30~ in the pot).
