Default KK vs pretty solid player

Villain is a pretty solid player overall. He's 25/19/3.2 over 100 hands so far.

I thought about that prior to making my bet, but wanted to leave some room for him to shove me off my hand.

I seem to remember Trikkur talking about 4 bet sizing not needing to be so big.

3-bet size could be bigger, but otherwise, pretty standard !!

It seems like he's got JJ though. AKs is another good guess I think. And I wonder if he would play that way with QQ or AA, less likely but possible. Anyway, good final call, even if the result wasn't so good ...

Basically this. Your 4-bet needs to be more like $10 even if you're not worried about making a large 4-bet. You're giving incorrect odds for him to call either way, but with a bit larger 4-bet you make it much easier to stack him if he has, say, JJ on a Qxx board.

Stacking off post flop is totally standard.
