Never stack of with TPTK OOP and possibly even in position. I think you should find a fold on the turn. The only hand you beat is KQ and I dont think he is 3-betting you with that on the flop. I think he would call your flop bet with KQ and see what you do on the turn.
Play small pots with small hands, big pots with big hands. See also my post of today: "I hate these spots?" In that hand I folded TP decent kicker and I think I was right to do so although I'd appreciate some comments.

I would probably c/f the turn, but you have to lay this down on the river.

I think the flop rasie by the villain should set off warning bells. In these spots I am more inclined to fire another smallish bet at the turn (say $10 or so) and see what he does. If I get repopped again I am outta there. has its downside though as they may just call then we are back to square one. If he does repop though I think you save money in the long run. Since he was itching to get it all in he would have repopped you for sure I thnk.

JT is the only draw out there or maybe he does that occassionally w/ KJ, KT.
Without any other read c/f the turn seems standard here althou he too does that w/ KQ.

Im still struggling to find the right actions in such spots at the table thats really the only thing that makes me uncomftable. Say you get raised oop as the PFR.
