no read on limper, button seemed to be playing pretty tight and I almost folded pre, but it looked like an iso raise. No full stats as stars just updated software and HH"s are not importing. FTR not working either...grr

Hmmm a tough one. I think I fold the hand for the reason you mentioned: no set, no play. Also every card that comes on the turn and river is a scare card for you and are you willing to pay 2 more bets to find that out?

Floating out of position is tough. Can your hand even stand one more bet ? Not so sure, many scare cards left in the deck. I would fold it.

I like a 3bet preflop. The button should be isolating a donk poster with a huge range. As played, just fold.

i do not really disagree with a fold, but i think that you can also make a case for raising here. he donk led into the original raiser so there is a good chance that he is on a draw and that is a blocking bet know that there is a good chance it did not hit the original raisers hand. now a play like this really depends on the other player but i think that you can push him off of his hand often enough. if you are running pt3 and look at your win without showdown, that will tell you if you are making these types of plays enough. i think that most people on this forum will not agree with me, but it also seems like these types of plays are not advocated enough around here.

again, a play like this really depend on your opponent and has a lot to do with your feel of him, but i strongly feel this is another way to play the hand that has not bee mentioned.

Villain donk posted, which likely means that it's his first hand at the table. OP said he had no reads. What's your turn plan on a non-6 when villain flats your flop raise?

again, i was really just giving another way to play the hand. without a read at all i am folding. but in this situation i am leading at any non spade non straight type card. it also depends on how quickly he calls my raise.

In this situation I would say "no set, no bet."

there are way better boards to move him of his hand and you cant try to move him off every flop.

Try flops like J52r or KT3r, TT3r or hh, T52sss.
