I would generally say that this is a fold as people at this level are generally never pushing something other than AA, KK and possibly AK. Unless you have known this person to be much more aggressive, I'd toss it.

Call 100% of the time
If your opponent had AA,or KK 80% of the time he would repop you, and it won't be big repop, He wants max from you... Ok, now why not shoving for him.
He sees that you reraise in position so you can reraise light. So, again he doesn't want too loose you. And here's where stats play great role. You need to give us his stat VPIP/PFR, cause then 70% of the time we can give you what is the right move.
From my experience:
1) guy limps UTG, you raise, he reraises you all in - He has AA,KK
2) he raises, you reraise in position, other guy calls, he reraises all in UTG - small pair

no stats again as i do not have poker tracker - i did call - he showed JJ lovely I thought...............he hits a J on the turn. bummer

i agree with R8tme, i am much more scared of a 4bet then a shove. a shove over a standard bet is usually scared money that does not want you to see a flop with a AK type hand, so he would rather take it down preflop.
