Don't you think that QQ would probably go all in preflop. And at least Q or J putting you on AK would reraise you too.

I've noticed over big sample size that on such board it is set 80% of the time.
But, bleh I would probably go broke too. reaload, cool off and grind back

and one more thing your 3bet was way too small, make it $7 - $7.5 next time

Your 3bet was pretty small, so if you can't fold an overpair, he probably had odds.

dont know villian but prob not calling with AJ... does he have odds to call with 99 like previously said yes if you cant fold an overpair. QQ is probably shoving pre... JJ might be a call in which case your screwed and if he played AA tricky you are screwed... too many hands that beat you.

If the 3-bet is to $7-8 then he definately doesnt have odds to call.

If you do not 3bet light, you have to 3bet more pre; if you 3bet enough air, your preflop raise is fine, since he won't get paid often enough.

I might make a suckbet (~10$) on the turn to get called by most hands in his range and shove the river.

Never ever 3bet less than pot! Especially with monsters.
