I don't think you can rely that much in implied odds in this situation, first if a 4th club hits your opponent will probably shutdown with a small/med flush, second you only have the K high flush so you can't really be going crazy either as he could have been betting the A of clubs. So here although you're getting propper odds to draw (assuming you're able to get your opponent all in if the 4th club hits), in reality you're not as I don't think your opponent will stack off a J high flush on a 4 flush board so any sizeable bet will probably not be called.
