Default hand that i played poorly, then folded made flush

Read:
Villain seems to limp more than he/she should, so can't really say he/she limps with premium hand in UTG.

Below is the hand in the same session prior to the hand below

Cake Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (10 handed) - Cake-Poker Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

saw flop | saw showdown

Hero (BB) ($48.75)
UTG ($49.20)
UTG+1 ($22.60)
UTG+2 ($6)
MP1 ($30.50)
MP2 ($19)
MP3 ($33.85)
CO ($8.10)
Button ($10)
SB ($48)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q, A
4 folds, MP2 raises to $1, 4 folds, Hero calls $0.50

Flop: ($2.25) Q, 10, A (2 players)
Hero checks, MP2 bets $2.25, Hero raises to $7, MP2 calls $4.75

Turn: ($16.25) 4 (2 players)
Hero bets $7, MP2 raises to $11 (All-In), Hero calls $4

River: ($38.25) 9 (2 players, 1 all-in)

Total pot: $38.25 | Rake: $1.90

Results in white below:
Hero had Q, A (two pair, Aces and Queens).
MP2 had A, 6 (one pair, Aces).
Outcome: Hero won $36.35

After this hand, I wrote something as below in the notes
"stack off with TPWK on a wet board"

The Hand

Analysis:
Flop check-call pot sized bet is questionable?
If I think my opponent likes to limp, bet flop. Then the call is ok?
What about raise? since my opponent here is calling quite light, and he is slightly short, once we raise, are we going to play for stack?
Range to put my opponent on:
any pocket pair less than K, higher than 6
could be random broadway likes QJ, or Ax
K pair

Check-call on turn is terrible play considering I have noted my opponent as someone who will stack off as weak as TPWK. Check-shove all-in is much better play. This is when during play how can our play suddenly seems not played the way we want to.
Range to put my opponent on:
<del>any pocket less than K, higher than 6</del> [less possible now]
<del>could be random broadway likes QJ, or Ax</del> [could take out these hand out]
K pair
trips 6 become possible
smaller made flush

But as played, on river what do you all think about my blocking bet and fold?
I know this relatively small bet and fold to a raise on river, is highly exploitable but since I think this particular opponent doesn't seems capable of doing river raise bluff. BUT the stack size doesn't seem well for this play
Range to put my opponent on:
full house with trips K
full house with trips 6
smaller made flush

Thanks

Yes, if you raise on the flop, you could never fold, since he is not full stacked and we got about 30% equity against his range (if it is some 6x and Kx hands)
Not shoving after he bets the turn is pretty horrible.

Well, do you really think, that he will just call your bet with a full house after he stacks of /w A6 the hand before??? So why block bet, when about his whole range beats you and he shoves anyways?
I'm pretty lost on the river. Maybe c/c depending on his betsize. If he shoves it should be a c/f...

On the first hand I would have played it the same way, If he has a set then be it, but the most likely hand he has is like Ax where x could be 2 pair with a weaker 2nd pair or even this kind of crap kicker. But given the stack sizes I'm calling him all in with top 2 100% of the time, if I am behind then be it but at these stakes more often than not you're ahead with top 2.

In the made flush hand I would have made a big raise on the flop and probably shoved the turn, although he limped and could easily have a 6 his most likely holding in this spot is a K when the board double pairs I'm folding the flush too if I put him on a K. I think i would C/F rather than B/F though.

With your c/c on the flop, plz crai on the turn. calling is gross because you hate life when the board pairs again (K or another 6) and it also sucks if another spade comes because it freezes the action.

There's no reason to slowplay after you hit against this calling station.
