Default 10nl Poorly played hand

Opponent was 34/4 and I was lost as to what was the best way to proceed on this, what do you recommend? Problably should have raised him up on the flop and tried to get some information on where I stand in the hand. I played it bad just trying to get to showdown.

raise flop, shove turn. We have the right SPR to get it in vs a loose-donk

Raise more pre. Raise flop. Get it in on turn. Profit.

Why did you just call on the flop?

I would have raised the flop. I think that was the mistake.

I think that he may have had a pair of J - or a pocket pair like TT - but was scared of the mono tone flop him and so donked a feeler bet to see where he was at.
