I raise more on the turn and get it in on the river. If he has TT or 56 it's a cooler for me.

Hmm, personally i just raise whenever i hit, this way you can NEVER tell if im bluffing or actually have the goods.
Sure it scares villain from the hand sometimes, but it means situations like this are much more rare.
Still your play is pretty much standard, nothing u can do with set over set.
