I would call.
On draw heavy flops, I would always bet more than 3/4 of the pot (even when cbet bluffing to disguise it... tho probably not necessary in micros). You can bet $3.75 on the flop and that doesn't really change anyone's calling range at all. If they have top pair, overpair, two pair, openender or flushdraw, they'll call anyway. By doing that, you'll have 11.5 on the pot at turn so you can make $1.5 bigger bet on the turn. Result: you'll get 4.5 big blinds, ie. $2.25 more every time he misses a draw. That makes a huge difference in the long run.
