I bet bigger than I normally do on the flop because of his stack size. I was hoping he would think I was bluffing and just shove over top or just fold I didnt want him to call. Should I be worried about a set here or pkt A's/K's or is this call a no brainer? No reads on this guy other than he plays a lot of hands.

Really hard to find a fold even 100bb deep... Draws/Jx/bluffs are in his range, as well as sets/2pairs, and you can't safely put him on one or another with image you described he has.
