That is too thin IMO, just check behind. any SC that called on the turn has you beat now and there are very few aces that will call there that don't have their kickers paired. + He's probably raising AQ/AJ and even AT but that depends on his passivity level.

I agree with above posters, any weaker ace is going to call you, but too much of his range has you beat here. I'd check behind
