Winrate @ 10NL

Hi guys, I know that there is another hugh thread going on about winrate n stuff. But this is slightly different.

Rigth now I'm playing 10NL @ cake. I have no handconverter for PT. So I don't have any stats about myself. (If someone has a nice idea how I can get my hands analysed in PT...great! But I'm not interested in paying 50 bucks for cake HH converter)

So I've no stats about PTBB/100.

So do you know roughly how many buyins per 1000 hands you can win on 10NL, average?

If you are currently playing 10nl, the answer can be quite broad. The first thing to figure out honestly is to get to just being a winning player. You don't need to shoot for huge bb/100 right now. Great players could probably beat 10nl for about 10-15bb/100 or 2-3 buyins per 1k hands. A standard rule of thumb for a solid player would be 1 buyin per 1k hands or 5bb/100.

Please use "ptbb/100" or "BB/100" when talking about big bets... If somebody says bb/100, I'd generally assume he's talking about big blinds.

Anyway, I think that you should try to be moving up in micros as soon as possible, so if you have any significant sample (over 30k hands) winning 5ptbb/100 (1 buyin for 1000 hands), you should've already moved up IMO.

Anyway, I'd say that all the way from NL20 to NL1k anything above 2ptbb/100 is a good winrate and more than 4ptbb/100 would be crushing, but still possible even at the midstakes.

I actually was sitting on 320bucks. and my plan was to reach up to 400. Then I'm rolled for 20NL...Now, I got taken back again...

That's probably twice or thrice as high as your real winrate.

I think I beat 10NL for like 5-6 bucks per hour. I was pretty disappointed when I found out, but after thinking about it it's quite the wonder I can even make that as I can mentally sustain only extremely basic game (like 13/10 lol and bet bet bet fold when they raise postflop). I think I play about 700 hands per hour. So a little less than one buyin per 1K hands.
