Plz help me i need computer help

This system security program has installed itself my computer. i dont know if its a real anti virus program put it pops up with trash about internet explorer being used by a worm to steal my credit card details by a worm and other stuff like that every 15secs say remove them they try 2 charge me $60 my computer probebly does have some serious viruses but im not giving my money to this dik heads who have made my cp un-useable

sometimes, when you can't get rid of them all you can do is just save all your data on other storage devices and format your computer completely.
Also if viruses got really into your system nothing you can do and none of the antivirus software can help either.

try running legit anti-virus (Kaspersky, McAfee, etc.) or spyware removal (Spybot Search & Destroy). If for whatever reason you don't have any of these or they won't work, try this:

it's a free, web-based scanner. it's very thorough and takes a while to run, but it found things that other scanners have missed. it will not physically remove the infected files, but will point you to their location so that you can manually remove them.

Install Firefox to browse the web if it's just Internet Explorer pop-ups giving you headaches.

Best way to be sure to get rid of all the crap on the computer is to reinstall from scratch.

it took a few days but my comuter seams to be working again. I had some fake anti virus program that was really just after my credit card number. Its funny how the free anti virus software is safer then the stuff u have to pay for.
