First of all, welcome to the site.

Now to your question: Each site makes their money from pulling a portion of each pot which is called the rake. Most sites have a 5% rake. Some sites offer an incentive of giving you a portion of that money back...rakeback. It's in essence a reduced rake to keep you playing on their site.

Pokerstars does not have rakeback. Instead they have an extensive frequent player program, but that's not the same thing. Pokertrikz is a rakeback affiliate site. If you wanted to sign up for rakeback at a new site, you could do so from the pokertrikz homepage. (When you sign up for rakeback at a pokersite, you have to sign up thru an affiliate, the rakeback website, before signing up at the poker site itself. There are tons of rakeback sites, and they all work the same way. Just pick one you trust.)

Pokerstars bonus system is good for mid/high stakes tournament players putting in big volumes and also highstakes FL players, but for others it's quite poor. I would recommend playing on a site with rakeback possibility.

Yea, you should definitely switch sites to one with a good rakeback policy.

If you are really attached to the Pokerstars site, just set up an account on another site so that you have both. Once you see how much rakeback you are getting, you will start playing on the other site 100%.
