I've been thinking about dabbling about with my own website for ages now, and I think the time has now come to put up or shut up about it rly. I have a pretty good idea on theme, poker orientation and want to ensure that I have some rakeback/no deposit bonuses going on. How stressful is this going to be? should i just not bother with rakeback, bonuses etc to start with and concentrate on traffic? pros/cons of going direct to the poker rooms? Any advice wld be appreicated, I know its a ridicoulsy big market but just want to do my research properly Last edited by FeckMyBankroll; 08-31-2009 at 09:07 PM. |

You don't get to give RB right away for most poker sites. You usually have to be an affiliate for someone else or your gonna have to get a bunch of people to sign up without rakeback and then you get a higher % allocated to you which allows you to offer Rakeback. Offering good freerolls is definitly the way to go because a lot of good players will think of these as dead money. The cons of going direct is what I said in my first couple sentences.
