i dont really understand what this post is accomplishing? if we comment on flaws you jump down our throats about the criticism, yet it doesn't belong under bad beats because the plays seem pretty standard for HU. Could you give us a few sentences on what we should comment?

Or don't respond. I don't care any more! I'm obviously not getting anything outta this crap! Down another $700 over 2 and half days ..... Screw poker! Screw idiots! Screw Pokerstars bs! Have had an epiphany tonight while playing. Yes people get unlucky, but not as unlucky as I am. Therefore the only thing that could possibly be happening is that i just gd suck! So there it is. I quit. Don't respond to my posts, respond to them, i don't gd care any more! Do whatever the hell you want because it's not gonna help me anyways! Just gd leave me alone!

Best advice I can give to you right now Adam is to stop playing HU NL poker. Period. Your mental attitude is one that will cause you to lose. I would suggest reading a very good book written by a friend of mine: The Poker Mindset: Essential Attitudes for Poker Success, by Ian Taylor and Matthew Hilger |

Hi Adam, no you dont suck at poker, I even think you're quite good. Stop playing 50NL HU though!! If you can watch me play 10NL/25NL 6max and give me advice to shove or c-bet and see me win , why dont you do that yourself? Yes, you already stated that you dont want to grind it out but dont see it as grinding out a bankroll, see it as playing winning poker and building some confidence. I dont remember all the hands in this thread but hand 15,16 and 17 are VERY unlucky and just coolers heads up and if those happened to me in one session I'd be going on tilt also. But why do you keep playing 50NL HU as this is probalby one of the hardest Holdem games: high variance + high rake? Build somewhat of a bankroll and some confidence playing 25NL 6max and I'm sure you'll do fine if you have a meaningfull amount of hands. Dont expect to beat the limit with 15ptbb/100 because no one can do that in the long run but play winning poker. Maybe rewatch Trikkur31 and play the way he does. GL |
