Well ok, I think my main concern is about the possibility of being a good winner without multitabling and spending just reasonable amount of time playing. Seems it is possible

Some things I start to miss when multitabling are related to my mt-skill/concentration I beleive, like I can forget what were my several previous actions at one particular table. That might be correctable. The main thing I see now is I can't track villain timing tells, i.e. he acts while I'm busy on another table, and when I switch the only thing I see is a result, but do not have that "feeling of the moment" of how long did it take him to make a decision...

It's fairly easy for me to track timing tells multi tabling, I also think this is something you can get better at, as you would learn to know when timing tells matter and when it's usually unimportant to note. In the end timing tells are not too important for preflop and such anyway especially vs players who also multi table and you're usually playing at least 1 reg if you play a lot of tables. You just have to focus on what's important. A lot of information you get from poker are relatively useless, like the whole gameflow thing I've talked about, so just focus on what's most important.
