river spot vs fish

BB is a fish, don't have many stats but he's clearly playing way too loose.
Over 24 hands he's a 50/32/4.0

Preflop open might be a little too loose but I really wanted to play pots vs him.

One read I have is that he doesn't valuebet thin. In a hand earlier he defended Q2s in the BB and didnt even consider valuebetting 2nd pair after the pfr checked behind every street.

Not sure how he plays his draws/combo draws.

His line doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me unless he has 65. At the same time that's a pretty bad card to bluff at.

I think, I would vbet the turn.

I tend to call the river even though I'm not sure, if it's rly +EV. But it shouldn't be a huge -EV call, so even if we lose like 20$ on average I think we can put him on a way better range next time we get into a situation like that with him so it's worth the 5BB in the long run - especially when we want to steal that light from the B.
