Default AA deep OOP to bet or not to bet

opponent is 34/25/9.0 over 50 hands, seemed to be playing a good aggresive game so far.

First of all, what do you think about the check on the turn? My thinking was that he probably just folds even JJ here and it's possible that he could have a few combos of straights and also he could potentially turn something like 77/88 into a bluff if we check. Maybe if I bet half pot he could call down though?

On the river our hand is somewhat face up as an overpair if we bet. Would you ever consider checking again? How much would you bet if not?

Another thing: considering CO is a pretty big fish, what do you think about flatting pre?

Full Tilt, $2/$4 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

MP: $450.60
CO: $396.15
BTN: $781
SB: $486
Hero (BB): $750.45
UTG: $431

Pre-Flop: A A dealt to Hero (BB)
2 folds, CO calls $4, BTN raises to $16, SB folds, Hero raises to $54, CO folds, BTN calls $38

Flop: ($114) 3 2 4 (2 Players)
Hero bets $80, BTN calls $80

Turn: ($274) 5 (2 Players)
Hero checks, BTN checks

River: ($274) 2 (2 Players)
Hero ???

I don't like a flat call since 1. we are oop 2. we are deep and 3. B is likely to think, that we resteal light here since he is iso-raising the fish. So 3betting is the best play 100% of the time.

If B is rly aggro: What would you think about underbetting the pot so our hand seems like medium-strong and afraid of the straight? We might get him to raise that way.
Since he didn't bet the turn I guess he won't bluff the river. So I might just w8 for 15sec and make a huge bet that looks like we want to bluff him off TT or something.

I was almost torn apart at the time whether to bet small or check the turn.
Looking back now I really wish I bet 1/2 pot or less on the turn since he is much more likely to check behind all his marginal showdown value hands than to turn them into a bluff and hope to fold out QQ/KK. He's likely never floating with complete air also so I think I should've definitely bet. I would need some specific reads or history to make check>bet.

Big bet on the river? Don't think I like it too much. It's just such a bizarre line to take as a bluff that we will probably never get looked up light. I prefer betting something small, like I wish I did on the turn and hoping to induce the same action I should've aimed to induce on the turn.

I think, that we maybe can rep a busted hart draw on the river by making a big bet? A small bet looks too much like a value-bet to me. At least a big bet doesn't make as much sense from his perspective of few I think (and if we bet around pot he has to call down only half as often )
