Default 98s....oop....in 3 bet pot and +200bb deep

original raiser is a lag and I Have no issues with playing him oop as he is very straight forward post flop. 3 better is a nit and I can narrow his handrange down to AA, KK, AK QQ with his 3 bet with some pretty good confidence. How to play on???

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (5 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

UTG ($25)
MP ($19.75)
Button ($19.25)
Hero (SB) ($54.55)
BB ($54.45)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 8 9
1 fold, MP raises to $1, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.90, BB raises to $3, MP calls $2, Hero calls $2

OK, bit loose play above, but with deep stacks, thought this was ok. Am I correct here?

Flop: ($9) 5 J 7 (3 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $5, 1 fold, Hero calls $5

Look ok so far? Getting almost 3:1 on my double gutter?

Turn: ($19) 6 (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $12.25, Hero raises to $46.55 (All-In), BB calls $34.20 (All-In)

Bingo!

River: ($111.90) 2 (2 players, 2 all-in)

Total pot: $111.90 | Rake: $2

I hate preflop. I 3bet the LAG's CO open. As played, I fold to the 3bet OOP.

Postflop is good.

In position I agree with the 3 bet, but oop, I wanted to see a flop and out play him there. Once Mr. Nit 3 bets and lag calls, I'm getting 7:2 odds here which is pretty damn good if you ask me with a hand that plays well postflop.and I'm closing the action.

I want to hear all opinions good and bad and not "you played it perfect, you stacked him" per se, but street by street decisions, but more important than what you would do is why.

I don't even want to see a flop OOP with that hand when the villain is so short (MP was sitting with just $19.75). Once the BB squeezes I actually agree that it's a call since his range is so narrow, you're closing the action, and effective stacks are quite deep. So, I fold right away, but since you called I do everything else the same...
