Default when to leave if winning

Not that this is an issue for me, yet!

Anyway, I've looked for tables and seen players with 7-8 buyins won. Biggest was about 13 buyins.

Do you stay at a table until you're tired, or should you find another table at 2 (or x) buyins?

Having the table covered is always nice if you're in a good game. Whether I stay at a table really has nothing to do with my stack size, it's a matter of whether I think I'm likely to win if I stay at the table.

Lately I've played mostly HU, and I will almost always leave a table if I'm playing somebody and build up to over the max buy-in then they leave for whatever reason. I do that because I think it's slightly intimidating for a weak player to see somebody sitting with well over the maximum buy-in just waiting for an opponent. So if an opponent quits me and I've got a 350bb stack, I'm leaving that table and buying in for 100bb on another table.

the size of you stack should not come into play very often. keep in mind that if you have a 400bb stack and everyone else has 100-150bb stack then you are only playing for 150bb, not 400bb. it is also a great intimidation factor to have a huge stack. if there were other people at the table that have similiar stacks and you do not feel comfortable playing for that much the you should definately leave. there is nothing worse then playing with scared money.

Absolutely right. You should play to the limit where you are not afraid to loose. Cause as soon as scared money comes into effect you are pretty much on Tilt. and that's really bad. Even if you have bad players and can get more from them still leave the table.

I'm not sure if you are necessarily talking about quitting your session or just leaving the table.

I'll quit my session whenever I honestly feel like it. I'd rather quit too early than too late. If I feel I'm not playing optimal, I quit. If I'm hungry, I'll quit. If I'm bored, I quit. etc, etc, etc.

Leaving the table when I get deepstacked is not necessarily something I would do unless I'm on a short bankroll and want to just book the nice win. If you table select like you should be, you should have an edge on your opponents. This means deepstacked should be even more profitable for you.

You definitely do not want to set limits on your winnings because you will loose out on money. As long as you are winning or feel that you are playing good poker, you should stay at the table. If something happens that greatly changes the dynamics of the table in a negative way, then you should leave the table.
