If he had 10K then yes, go all in all the time.
With 19K still time to play. IMO
a) Low Buy-In tournament -> people will stack off with any shit hand when the average M is so low, so stealing does not work.
b) AK is in the top 5% of Hands, if you flat herefor 1/3 Stack to fold on the Flop, go get HoH and review it carefully
c) Stop and go is a technique you use against big stacks with shit hands (+ some speculative outs) to let the FE work for you. Ak is obviously the worst hand to stop and go against a potcomitted opponent, because it's a hand that is the Nuts preflop and sucks postflop.

With less than 10BB you hope to get it in with live cards when you finally push, here you have a spot for a coinflip or better and a Stack that allows you to be back in the game if you double up.

If you fold here you are a bad nit. Period.

Yeah I'm bewildered.

Super standard shove for value.

You're not racing at best at all, you're racing at WORST and crushing most of his range at this stage of a donkament.

THE BEST way against the guy who self committed himswlf with your chipstack is flat call. AND then to reevaluate.
It's sonu vulgar to flat with AK at this level, but I don't know his stat, and second he is early and he committed himself.
Flatting him you would have 2 options: fold or go all in/ at least you would have options, but again it's player dependant
I don't think there is any way I can flat-call him here, that seems like such a weak play to put in almost 33% of my stack, shoving was the only option if I wanted to play this hand.

The only reason I wanted to ask was about possibly folding, a friend said to me about the idea. Overall though, I think I would always have pushed, I had the value, I made the push, it was just not my time, oh well, going to try again in about 7 minutes, hope I can show more than just a small cash this time.
